Simply call our Customer Care Department: 1-888-249-2367 within the 60-day guarantee period after product delivery to obtain a return authorization number. Your return must be accompanied by the original packing slip (or a copy) and must include your return authorization number. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You may want to insure your return and/or ship it in a traceable fashion; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
After we receive your package, we will process your return or replacement within 30 days. If you paid for your order with a credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your credit card statement. If you paid for your order by check or money order, we will send you a refund check via first-class mail. Phone check orders will be refunded directly back to your checking account. Orders paid by credit card cannot be refunded by check nor can phone check, check, or money order payments be refunded to a credit card. C.O.D. or postage due returns cannot be accepted.
